LG AI Research to Participate in ICLR 2022 Social: ML in Korea

LG AI Research will be participating ICLR 2022 Social: ML in Korea.

ICLR: ML in Korea is held from 12pm to 3pm on Thursday, April 28. ML in Korea is a social event open for all machine learning researchers in Korea. Participants will be able to freely exchange their opinions about the interesting papers that have been introduced in various journals including researches from the ICLR 2022.

Marking its fifth event, ML in Korea has been held since 2020, from ICLR 2020 and ICLR 2021 to NeurIPS 2020 and 2021. LG AI Research will be organizing and sponsoring the ICLR 2022 Social together with POSTECH, KAIST, SNU, NAVER, KT, Hyperconnect, Kakao Brain, and Hyundai Motor and support the event’s operation.

This event will start with the Plenary Talk by Professor Yejin Choi of Washington University and Senior Research Manager at Allen Institute for AI , followed by a Poster Session and Industry Session. A total of 34 papers will be introduced in the Poster Session, and six companies including LG AI Research, NAVER, KT, Hyperconnect, Kakao Brain, and Hyundai Motor will participate in the Industry Session.

ICLR 2022 Social: ML in Korea Paper Wall 1

Researchers from various research organizations such as NAVER, SNU, and KAIST will also introduce their paper and share the current research trend.

In addition, LG AI Research will participate in the Industry Session. At the online booth at Gather.town, LG AI Research will be introducing various information about the company including its research environment and current research areas.

Meanwhile, ICLR(International Conference on Learning Representations) which was first held in 2013 is a global-level representation learning conference that celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Primarily dealing with the representation, learning, and optimization of deep learning model and its application, the event also announces and presents the cutting-edge research activities in the related fields.

ICLR 2022 Social: ML in Korea will be hosted online on April 28 at noon through Gather.town.
